Trevor + Christina | A Fischer Hall Wedding | Austin Wedding Photographer

First, let me apologize for the longest blog post ever.  I just really love everything about this wedding. I think one of the coolest parts is Christina’s wedding dress, which was hand made by her grandmother. I couldn’t believe how perfect it was for her, too. Trevor wore a turquoise bolo, which was passed down through his family, too, so you can see there is a lot of love from both sides. All of their friends and family came together to make this day perfect. It was definitely a bluegrass wedding – Christina walked down the aisle to “Wednesday Night Waltz” performed by their good by friends who are also members of Wood and Wire . Their first dance was also performed by a good friend, Cory Johnson.  And then at the end of the night, they all camped right there on the lawn of Fischer Hall.

Here are a few of my favorites  from the day.

Wedding day Vendors:

Venue – Fischer Hall; Catering – Miss Mae’s BBQ; Flowers – Ryan Fitzgibbon (friend); Hair & Makeup – Adrianne Lashley of I Love You Pink; Groomswear – ASOS; Wedding gown – Satsumi Couture (Christina’s grandmother); Ceremony & Reception music – The Bluegrass Outfit

Luke + Lindsay | Zedler Mill | Texas Engagement Photographer

Luke and Lindsay are getting married this coming winter, but we wanted to take advantage of the first warm day that Central Texas has seen in a while, so we met at Zedler Mill in Luling, Texas for their engagement session. I actually hadn’t met Luke or Lindsay before their session, and so pleased to spend some time with these two love birds. As you can see, they are adorable. I cannot wait for their wedding! Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

Jeff + Emily | Downtown Austin Engagement Session | Austin Wedding Photographer

Emily and Jeff are getting married in October. They’re both came to Austin within the past several years and wanted to celebrate the city in their engagement session. So we made big plans to capture some Austin icons in their session. We made some plans for early morning. What we didn’t make some plans for is the fog advisory that took place keeping visibility at maybe 30 feet. That said, it made for some really incredible images. Can you tell we’re in from of the State Capitol in some of these? Maybe if you’re a resident. But I love the way nature took over our session and really took it in a beautiful direction.

Trevor & Christina | Austin Engagement Session

Just days before these two super talented folks got hitched at Fischer Hall in Fischer Texas, I had the pleasure of wandering around East Austin making photos of their adorable selves. I love, love, love this session, and I REALLY love their wedding, which I will share very soon. In the meantime, here are a few of my favorites.
